Forest Whitaker

Before Forest Whitaker became an Academy Award-winning actor, he went to California State Polytechnic University on a football scholarship. He played quarterback in high school, but an injury in college ended his football career and he found a new passion in acting. Forest’s debut film role combined football and his new profession—he portrayed a fearsome defensive lineman in the classic comedy ‘Fast Times at Ridgemont High.’ Since then, he has starred in ‘The Last King of Scotland’, ‘The Butler’, ‘Black Panther’, ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’, ‘Taken 3’ and many more.
